Vegan vanilla cake with white chocolate and lemon

Vegan vanilla cake with white chocolate and lemon  

Ingredients: 

1 ORGRAN Vanilla cake mix 

185 ml water  

2 servings of Egg replacer (prepared according to the package) 

80 grams margarine 

50 grams Bonvita white rice chocolate 

1 lemon 

Method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree. 

  1. Mix the water, egg replacer and dairy free spread to the contents of the cake mix and beat for 4 minutes.  

  1. Melt the white chocolate add this to the batter. Fold it through with a spatula. 

  1. Zest the lemon with a grater and juice half a lemon in the mixture. Fold one last time and pour the mixture into a cake tin. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30-35 minutes. 

  1. When the cake is baked, let it cool out of the oven. Cut the cake into 12 pieces and serve.
