Vegan white chocolate fudge with matcha
White chocolate together matcha and lemon create an irresistible, rich and satisfying, healthier treat. Because the star ingredient is matcha green tea, you’ll also get a nice energy boost from this green tea fudge! A simple and tasty summer recipe with a refreshing balance between sweet and sour.
Makes 16 chocolates
Ingredients:

350 grams white rice chocolate

1 ½ tablespoon of premium matcha (Hug the Tea)

1 lemon (for the zest)

1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Method:

Melt the chocolate au-bain-marie. Make sure the water does not start boiling.

Once chocolate is fully melted add the matcha and stir until combined.

Add the lemon zest and the coconut oil and mix until you have a smooth mixture.

Pour chocolate fudge into a bendable mold. (Any shape to your liking)

Chill for 2 hours in the fridge or until the fudge is firm.
