Salad bowl with avocado and a ginger lime dressing

Serves 1

1 serving Barry’s original
100 grams of mixed lettuce
70 gram cucumber
1 carrot
½ avocado
25 gram sprouts
10 gram cilantro (or parsley)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon grated ginger
A pinch of chili flakes
A pinch of sea salt

1. Slice the cucumber into thin sticks and the avocado into thin wedges.

2. Grate the carrot.

3. Mix the lime, olive oil, sea and chili into a dressing.

4. Assemble the lettuce in a bowl, add the vegetables and the sprouts.

5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve with the crackers on top.
